Avoid Japan Relief Fund Scams

The earthquake and ensuing tsunami and nuclear meltdown have crippled the nation of Japan. The past month has been a trying time for the Japanese people, and many are eager to help out in any way possible. The attorneys general want to make sure that Americans avoid scams when they choose to give charitable donations to Japan.
