NAAG Presidential Welcome Reception for Attorney General Gansler
NAAG Executive Director Jim McPherson hosted a Sept. 27 Presidential Welcome Reception in Washington, D.C., for new NAAG President and Maryland Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler. Fourteen of his fellow attorneys general attended, along with over 200 representatives from federal agencies, law firms, nonprofits, and corporations.
U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Shaun Donovan, who worked with the attorneys general on a state-federal mortgage servicing settlement announced in February, was a guest, as was Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton and Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) Director Gil Kerlikowske.
