NAAG 2010 Spring Meeting
Join Us for the NAAG Spring Meeting
Make plans now to join us for NAAG’s Annual Spring Meeting in our nation’s capital city. The planning committee of Attorneys General Jon Bruning, Martha Coakley, Rob McKenna, and Tom Miller are working on an outstanding agenda that will take full advantage of the federal agencies and experts in Washington, focusing on the theme of “State-Federal Partnerships: Shaping The Future”.
As part of the program, we have invited President Obama to address the Attorneys General. While we have a tentative agenda, it is very likely to change at the last minute due to White House availability and scheduling. We appreciate your understanding that the agenda will remain flexible throughout the meeting.
Registration
The registration fee for each Friend of NAAG is $895 for those who register by February 15. After February 15 the fee is $995 for each Friend. The spouse/guest fee is $150 and then $200 after February 15. To register, please download and print the registration form. We have reserved a block of sleeping rooms at The Fairmont Washington, D.C., located at 2401 M Street which is in the West End of Washington and four blocks from NAAG’s office located at 2030 M Street, NW 8th floor. The Fairmont is just minutes from the White House and sits at the entrance to Historic Georgetown. Our special discounted group rate is $289.00 single or double occupancy. The Hotel cut-off date is Friday, February 5, 2010.
Reservations should be made by calling the hotel directly at 202-429-2400 or toll free at 1-800-441-1414. Please be certain to identify yourself as a NAAG Spring Meeting attendee in order to receive the discounted group rate. The deadline for securing the special rate is February 5, 2010. After that date the group rate will not be offered.
