State Attorneys General Toolkit on Consumer Protection for the Military

2013

The Servicemember subgroup of the Consumer Protection Working Group of the Presidentís Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force (FFETF) designed a toolkit specifically to assist state and territorial attorneys general in identifying and addressing common consumer protection issues that Servicemembers face. The FFETF is an interagency task force created by President Obama in 2009 to respond to the causes and consequences of the financial crisis. This toolkit is accessible only to attorneys general and AG staff. In order to obtain additional information or a copy of this toolkit, please contact NAAG Consumer Protection Project Assistant Rupalee Rashatwar at rrashatwar@naag.org
