New Chair Selected for Multistate Antitrust Task Force
Kathleen Foote, senior assistant attorney general and antitrust chief in the California Attorney General’s Office, is the new chair of NAAG’s Multistate Antitrust Task Force. She was chosen by the NAAG Antitrust Committee chairs, Connecticut Attorney General George Jepsen and D.C. Attorney General Irvin Nathan.

The NAAG annual meeting traditionally held in Washington, D.C., is set for Feb. 25 – 27, 2013. Attendance has grown over the years, so NAAG has moved hotel locations to accommodate larger numbers of participants.
