Under a voluntary Assurance of Discontinuance, Sound Playground voluntarily agreed to: refrain from
requesting, suggesting urging or advocating that any other retail seller raise, fix, or stabilize prices or price levels; cease providing discounts; or, engage in any other pricing action, in connection with the sale or distribution of any consumer electronics goods. Sound Playground also agreed to refrain from entering into, threatening or attempting to enter into, adhering to, maintaining or carrying out any combination, conspiracy, agreement, understanding, plan or program with any retail seller to fix, raise, establish, control, maintain or stabilize prices or price levels. To assure compliance with this agreement, the Attorney General’s office will be permitted access to Sound Playground’s company books and records.
