The State alleged defendants entered into combinations and conspiracies soliciting and coercing agreements from retail dealers to fix raise and maintain the resale price of Head tennis sportswear in Houston. Defendants paid $45,000 for attorney fees and provided $100,000 worth of athletic apparel that was distributed cy pres through the United Way. Defendants also agreed to an injunction.
