State of Texas filed three suits alleging Defendants conspired to rig bids of architectural flat glass for school districts & other governmental interests in Texas. These three suits (State v Lubbock Glass & Mirror Co., and Delbert Sanders; State v KK Glass, Inc., and Kenneth E. Taylor and Kevin Taylor; and State v Crafton Glass, Inc.) were settled with Defendants agreeing to injunctive relief & payment, collectively, of $400,000 for attorney fees.
