Executive Committee
NAAG's Executive Committee oversees association funds, property, and management, and functions as the governing body of the organization for the benefit of members.
The Executive Committee consists of 13 attorneys general:
- Four officers
- Chair of the Finance Committee
- Eight At Large Appointees: Four presidential appointees and four president-elect appointees
Officers are nominated by their respective political party caucuses in a manner that will alternate the presidency between the parties each year. Elections take place at the annual business meeting at the NAAG Capital Forum.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee provides oversight of NAAG’s finances.
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee provides oversight for the yearly audit of NAAG’s finances.
NAAG Leadership
The Executive Committee employs the Association’s executive director, who oversees the day-to-day operations of the Association. NAAG’s leadership team consists of:
