In a letter signed by 45 attorneys general, NAAG asked Congress to provide funding to support state antitrust efforts. Congress previously aided state antitrust enforcement through the Hart-Scott Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1967. At this pivotal moment in antitrust policy, the attorneys general respectfully ask Congress to once again support the states’ efforts.
